0:45 your role is to create space where he can feel successful in meeting your needs, and your needs are "to be heard" so do not ask him questions. let him ask you questions. talk at least 5 times more than the guy. So he is forced to listen to you and get to know you. you show the guy your inner world so he can see and feel if he is attracted to that. his desire will help him to get that place unless you short circus his desire by immediately satisfy his physical needs instead of talking more and sharing more and let him DO THINGS FOR YOU, then he gets to bond with you. if he still wants you, now you have the potential to have a long lasting relationship. if he does not want you, then "next" and he is not the guy you wanted and you have to gracefully let go.

I just want to share something positive. I was out on a Lunch/dinner date with my fiance for my birthday. He is always a gentleman (opening doors and giving compliments.. very breathtakingly charming). He treated me to a buffet. I decided to try the little practice where I would asked him permission to have certain items on the buffet and he would serve them to me. It was very nice. We had great conversation and moments of laughter and gazing into each other's eyes. As a self- sufficient woman, it felt pleasantly different to ask him to serve me. "Oh I would like to have some of that, that looks delicious baby, may I have some?" It was fun, but very intimate. Almost like because of these little gestures it created a deeper connection between us. It was HIS reaction and eagerness to serve me.. wow it really made me happy. That really set the tone. Thanks for these tips. Thanks for helping me access my feminine side. The responses are amazing. I'm eager to try everything! 😃

@@jasminej6281 I totally understand what you mean! Same here. This new approach is changing my behavior with him and my responses. I would love to hear a discussion on how post-menopausal women who have been on their own for decades can begin increasing their estrogen levels and accessing the desire to be with a partner. After menopause, my desire for sex completely vanished. I've been divorced for 25 years and want to find a "rest of my life" partner. Women, stop taking advice from other women; a blind leading a blind. When shopping for outfits I always ask my young male friend; I love the attention I get wearing those outfits and how they make me feel. Unlike the ones I choose myself with the help of other women.
@kerim.peardon55514 жыл бұрын
I've always heard that women dress for other women because we care more about other women's opinions of us. We want to fit in with the female group because, evolutionarily, women spent more time with other women and engaged in more cooperative activities with them. So we're wired to be in a female social hierarchy. But you're right that that doesn't help you catch a man. I haven't ever thought about it, but I go clothes shopping alone. Now, I like to go bra shopping with my mother and get her opinion on fit (it's easier for her to judge the back, for instance), but I don't ever ask anyone's opinion on my clothes. I know what does and doesn't look good on me. And when my late husband said he liked a certain thing on me, then I would look for more of that style in the future.

Can I ask what kind of outfits do the younger male friends like? The more casual, sexy, classy (like business professional) or dressy (like bodycon dress with heels)? I saw an old episode of the Oprah show from probably the late 90s...she had an audience full of men and had women come out in different outfits...almost all the guys each time liked the casual jeans with nice top look or business suit on the women...never the sexy mini skirt, never the tight leather pants with sheer top....has that been your experience?

He makes a lot of sense in many ways, but his opinion that women create estrogen after menopause by "doing feminine things" or thinking or feeling a certain way, is against the science. Science says, and proves, that estrogen in women decreases substantially after menopause. Thinking feminine, doing feminine things, has no impact on that, according to the science. Gray doesn't explain why he thinks the way he does about estrogen production, and doesn't point to any proof of that. Surely there have been studies documenting increased estrogen after women behave or think a certain way, if that's true? If not, then...I think women would do better to believe the science & proof. There are plenty of older women who are very feminine, domestic, talkative, have their spouses do things for them, etc., but who are growing mustaches because their bodies aren't producing much estrogen after menopause. I'm suspicious of claims by mentors with no evidence of scientific facts they purport are true.
