I think the whole representation argument is just him being pissed that he wasn't offered a paying cameo role 😂 but regardless, there IS Latino representation with Anna Taylor Joy. Her dad is Argentinian, and she grew up in Buenos Aires. You can find spanish speaking interviews and she speaks fluently whereas Leguizamo can't even speak proper Spanish.

John, I love ya. But you're not Italian either. At least Charlie day's voice is a good representation of the cartoon/game version of Luigi. Don't say you want more diversity if what you're really campaigning for is more Latinos in roles. At least this movie had a few Italians in the voice cast. More than the 93 version.
