Lydon never NEVER ceases to make me smile or laugh; especially when the chips are down; he's a one man charismatic show and you can tell he has enormous fun with his persona and his irreverent humour, especially in the company of people on a televised show......he's just a total joy for me, even when he's (faux) mean or cranky. His ability to take a conversation anywhere HE chooses is almost unrivalled. He really is the bollox :D

Absolute classic. This must have been recorded when the show went out live because I remember watching it myself but I recorded the repeat which was shown the following night where the Malcolm McClaren part was edited out and the word 'c***t' was censored. There's still some of the interview missing here though, like the introduction when he explained about the tourist visa and when he called TC a 'dumb bastard' when talking about PIL. Still, this has got to be Johnny at his finest.
