The joke behind the joke was that the antivirus software that he was only associated with by name at that point had over time become notoriously difficult to uninstall, and apparently he was still getting emails about it.

I definitely would. He was going to die in prison, might as well end it sooner. Not only was he never going to see the outside again, he was pretty old. Spending even more time in prison would just have killed him slowly. Any time a famous person dies in prison, there will be conspiracies, especially after Epstein. But unlike Epstein, who had MANY very very rich people who would love to see him dead, I don't see the same for McAfee.

Dude faked his death. He has a history of faking medical conditions to evade extradition. Also, he set the stage way too well to have people look at two specific possibilities: 1) he killed himself, and 2) someone else killed himself. When someone with a history of misdirection points me in any certain direction, it automatically turns my attention to the unmentioned possibility. Again, he has a history of doing this. He also made a point to make people think he was broke. I can't see him actually being broke; it doesn't fit. Dude was in trouble for tax fraud. Why would/should we believe anything he says about his financial situation? Dude faked his death. That's my assertion and I'm sticking to it.

He was most likely killed. He had paid over $50M in taxes to the government… I think that is more than enough and he certainly didn’t live in the US long enough to utilize any of the services the taxes were paying for. The primary reason the government was after him is that he was speaking out quite a bit about corruption, about how he thought taxes were illegal and he was pushing cryptocurrency. He was knowledgeable enough about crypto and cyber security to make a case for it. I have no idea whether what he was saying was true but lot of it seemed logical. He was a crazy genius and lacking traditional morals. However he did seem to care that people and more specifically the youth had lost all ability for critical thinking and was speaking out a lot about such things. It’s really hard to imagine that he would kill himself and I do think he has pissed off more than the normal share of people, especially those in power.

I dont really agree. Walter White killed probably around 10 with his own hands, probably around 25-ish with direct orders and probably thousands with his products, not counting the lives he destroyed, the families he broke apart with his product. McAfee killed one at most, and even that is not proven. Huge difference. I look at McAfee as a genius who had a wild side, and Walter White as a mass murderer who was also intelligent.

Now I’m more inclined to believe he did take his life. He knew the lavish times were forever gone and refused to let others have final control of his life. Yes, the red shirt looks great. Fantastic analysis Dr. Grande. He reminds me of my next-door neighbour who I suspect is possibly a sociopath (I'm also a therapist) He's been harassing, bullying, threatening, intimidating, stalking & terrorising me & my 2 son's for the past 15 months including criminal damage to my property on 2 occasions and broke a vertebrae in our cats spine. He is incredibly manipulative and somehow is managing to escape criminal charges. It's an absolute nightmare!!

people like that know to walk a fine line; all of those tasks he's pushing don't cross the line of outright physical violence, which would THEN force most police to respond. You're close, so for some strange reason he sees you as either a threat, or a nice guy he can push, but there's no real reward. It's just what we would call "small man disease". I was spitting BB's out of steaks a year later. The neighbours kid (40) thought the disputes between his father and me were "real". We were just having a small territory and range war, sorta fun in a way. I found out from forever neighbours he had finally, at 75, met someone at 27 that he couldn't just push around. No harm done, but the kid thought we were really fighting. He wasn't the sharpest knife; his bro. was doing life in prison and the other was a wanted bank robber!

@@Dwightstjohn-fo8ki he sure is, I am a woman with disabilities which he is more than aware of. He's incredibly creepy. It started when we went into lockdown last year and I complained about intense noise. He doesn't like woman, he's made that very clear and he went into a huge rage full verbal attack when I asked him to stop angle grinding scrap metal as the noise was so bad that my son's couldn't do zoom school. I get a strong impression that the authorities are afraid of him.
