Yeah, I'm not an expert, but I find the more you yell at people in emergency or serious situations, the more they panic. They know what they have to do, but due to what's happening and everyone yelling all at once, they become overwhelmed and freeze.

its the china boat, they cant compete with full on communist state military size boat. and they do not care about quotas, and or laws. in canada we did a treaty so they fill our sheds, before leaving cause they steal all the sea fucking life.
