@sun-risen8686 Жыл бұрын
@@lifeisall488So drug addicts don’t deserve to find happiness? He completely turned his life around! He became an ordained minister! He spoke at over 30 Billy Graham crusades! During the time he became a “drug addict” it’s wasn’t that he sought out street drugs…he was prescribed the medication that was prescribed by the billions to housewives businessmen entertainers etc etc! It was normalized & thought to be safe bc it came from a Physician! June being a “home wrecker” JC marriage was basically over in every way except on paper! He was on the road doing shows everynight doing 100’s of shows building his career! His wife wanted him home she didn’t like the show business! JCC didn’t go after him! JC ended up falling in love with JCC he was in love with both. Being human his marriage on the rocks never home & when he was it was arguments…it only pushed him further to JCC! Someone who (JCC) knew the road business, show business! They were both human & gravitated toward someone that made them feel good & understood the life of an entertainer His wife remarried ONE week after the divorce was finalized! So I think she also found someone that made her feel good bc she’s only human as well! People end up in relationships with a person that really have nothing at all in common & want different things out of life! Especially back in those days! The only difference is, most stayed in unhappy marriages back then & lived miserably without ever knowing true happiness, true compatibility with their partner NEVER experiencing their true soulmate! (If it is such a thing) at least it came close to it! It’s easy to sit up on ur high horse look down judging others! Everyone makes mistakes in life & it’s sad that some will sum up a persons life for a mistake to be their legacy! It’s a good thing NOT all have the same judgmental outlook

I thank God I got to grow up in the 60's and 70's. This country was a much better place back then even though it was starting to change for the worse already. Performers like Johnny Cash and June Carter were class acts and were genuine people. It was a different world, a better one than today. We ate dinner as a family, we played outside with our friends all day, we got just a few presents for Christmas and were so grateful for them. We knew all our neighbors and we didn't have to lock the doors every time we went in or out of our house. I could go on and on like a lot of you could, but I said my peace. Thanks for this great video.

Amen to that! Now you're lucky if their auto-tune voice sounds good! They have zero talent, and don't ever watch an awards show cuz then they sound like screeching cats cuz sometimes they try to do it live to say they don't lipsync! Music has gone to pot as far as I'm concerned. Once we lose Loretta Lynn and Willie Nelson and maybe Dolly Parton then they'll all be gone!! They've all slowly but surely went on to join the angel band! After that all we'll have is music memories. 😭😢 Thinking about it makes me wanna cry like a baby! Lol.

I remember watching this TV show as a kid. My dad has many of Johnny's albums. Johnny smiled at June with true love in his eyes. This is natural country music talent at its best. RIP both of you.
