Hell, I found a dead girl with my friends in 2007..? We just got out of school- early after testing. Packed up the senior’s car, got someone to buy us liquor and we came back to meet more friends just across the street from the school. One of us had to leave but she was suddenly in the distance trying to jump the fence back over- but like a wild person. “There’s a fckn dead body over there!!” Sure enough it was were and her killer just standing there. She didn’t have a face and her neck was slid wide open on one side. I don’t remember seeing any blood but she was in a leafy wooded area near some water. They built a park there after that- apparently it was talked about since the 80s. Oh, Oxnard. In the paper, they said cops found her. HA!! From what I’ve seen these days, the cops were at a Starbucks. It had to have been 10 of us.

How do you know she is telling the truth. She is lieing, she already had lied bout the physical abuse so probably lieing about the verbal. Why do you automatically believe her? It is to an extent. If a subpoena is issued, you have to comply. Usually a lot of the paperwork will be blacked out and only relevant information will be handed over in the paperwork. Relevant to the case. The therapist would only answer questions that directly relate to this case. If she didn't, she would be in contempt.

You have to understand, what she knows is based on what each of them tell her. So it could be lies from AT... We all know JD hasn't physically abused AT from basically every eye witnesses so far. So this therapist testimony is probably not gonna be that useful or accurate. Plus... it could be that she means verbal abuse from JD and physical abuse from AT. And I mean verbal abuse is more complex than physical one. A physical abuse is either initiated or in self-defense, but verbal abuse can be initiated, frustration, intoxication, response due to physical abuse... I mean, so many... so I would count this testimony being all that useful.
