Truly beautiful. What the heck were the judges thinking giving him a 5.1 on the second mark?!!!! I sure hope he lives up to his potential - he is absolutely wonderful.

This is why Johnny Weir is my favorite skater. When he is on point, he is on point and he makes it looks easy. This was way underscored. I'm glad the 6.0 system is out the window.

This was just exquisite. Only John Curry & Paul Wylie could compete with him, artistically. It’s a shame he really never got the credit he was due. But hey, he’s one of the richest skaters in the world, due to his charisma, beautiful skating ballets & first rate commentary.

One of my favorite of his skates. So beautiful. He is one of the greats. The commentator was spot on - a true artist. The judging sucked. He was severely underscored. It's ok, John John. You've accomplished so much more than any Olympic gold medalist.

Such a beautiful program and an amazing young man... I think he was scored so low because he was new to the international scene in 2004 and judges are notorious for giving low scores to 'newbies' I preferred the 6.0 system because it was easier to udnerstand than this new CoP mess...
