The ultimate revenge is to be happy I would say she did both she found real love Earwin taught her what real love is and how to truly love herself and what you said too Roger Davies her manager took a chance on a woman in her 40s when others wouldn't because some consider that to be too old and whatever else that business thought of women a certain age they still do today but he took the chance and she showed them all and maybe showed herself . Her 40s was the beginning of a rebirth for her🌺

Ike's father was beaten and died when Ike was 5. His stepfather was a violent alcoholic. He was sexually abused by two middle-aged women as a child. He had bipolar disorder and became a cocaine addict. You can see that he is mentally ill in this video. It's easy to hate people and act like they are evil and that it isn't due to any reason but that is a simplistic way to go through life. It's easy to have compassion for "good" people. True compassion means understanding why people do what they do and not needing to condemn them for it. You're just looking at his behavior. That's superficial. There is always a REASON why people are the way they are.

@@tootellustraight Not everyone can have the impeccable moral compass of an anonymous Internet critic. I don't care what anyone says, calling a dead man names from an anonymous alias is the mark of, well I'll just say it ... a hero. If Ike wasn't so evil, and was born just a little later, perhaps he too could have judged people anonymously on the Internet. Nah, few people are that brave. That said, please show some humility toward the less talented and imperfect people of the world. Many people want to call people names online without any risk to themselves, but few people have the courage and talent to actually pull it off. You nailed it, though. Swish! Nothing but net. You losers out there would be well-served to follow @Totellustrait's example. If that is it's real name.

@@nicolettafourikis927 I don’t agree. He made the 1st (depends on which definition you wanna go by) rock n roll ever made, way back in 1951. Made some great records afterwards, also with Tina. After that, mostly drugs and fighting with the law. I have no sympathy for a person like him. But Ike has a story too, molested as a child etc. He worked hard, made money and people who can’t separate art from the person will have a hard time enjoying art in general. Especially great art as there often are some bruised souls behind it.

Things happen for a reason- if they didn't get together who knows what Ike or Tina Turner couldn't have been like. Thank you for your amazing singing voice(pure talent). May you both rest in peace. Only the Creator can judge us. Go well Tina, you were an inspiration to many 😍🙏🏿👌🏿. Much love❤

Ike was passive aggressive by refusing to talk. He was sooooo jealous of her, that's why he abused her so much. RIP Tina you were one in a billion thank you for sharing your soul through your voice.

It wasn’t jealousy it was insecurities because she would cheat on him and flirt with men in his presence.

@@criticalthought4910 he was as jealous as he was a loser. I can't tell which one out weighs the other but yes pretending men aren't jealous is just a lie. He abused her because he never got the air time and he felt better putting her down and clearly didn't know how to love. She was and always will be the star above him in every way.
@criticalthought4910
@criticalthought4910 Жыл бұрын
@@tessamarie8698 Don’t call him a loser. He suffered extensive trauma as a child and used substances to numb the pain. Ike loved Tina but he was afraid of losing someone he loved and having to deal with the pain he felt when he lost his father who died in his arms. Tina was also abusive and manipulative, she knew how to press Ike’s buttons and make him feel insecure about his speech impediment and his lack of education. Ike was a broken man after Tina abandoned him and he died with a broken heart and a tortured soul.

You should have been sending mony to care for her kids... b/c she sure as H wasn't ... some people shouldn't have children. And you are looking at one woman who was a lousy mother. Like the one she had.

You can tell how much she was trying to interact with him during the performance because she knew she had to, otherwise he'd get angry at her for getting all the attention from the audience. Also the way he grabbed her by the arm and sat her down. Obvious controller

OMG that second song. Have never heard that, that's deep and so beautiful. He's easy to despise yes, but was an important part of her path or dharma in this life. Possibly she wouldn't have experienced the immense success later if it had not been for those experiences with him. Good can come from any so-called "bad" experience.
