Little dirt bikes are so fun to hop up and cheap!! I have 1 boy of my own and 2 nephews to keep going so it’s pretty much nonstop working on one of the bikes!! Keep up the videos hope your feeling better.

It’s hard to believe that little bike doesn’t even have a foot peg brake to get kids used to having one, and I would put the one hand brake on the right hand side for the same reason. The clutch is on the left so…
@johnscustomsaws2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I agree 100%... when I bought it I couldn't believe it had a kickstand and front break 🤦♂️... immediately ripped both off and tossed in my "parts for future projects bin" lol
@shaeden9466 ай бұрын
Na that’s stupid putting the break over other side because then they will confuse front break with Clint h and go over bars lmao the foot break is a great idea but all bycicles mountain bikes road scooters operate this way universal world wide

I know this is an old video but, I have a question about these bikes. I just got a used one for my son for cheep. He is pushing the weight height limit, but it is what I was able to afford. He loves it so if I can make it better, I’d like to. We live on a hill and takeoff is slow, coming up the hill is slow. Would upgrading the rear sprocket (larger) help? Also the stock gear reduction box seems a little dry of grease, would to hurt anything to load it up with more grease just in case? I’m not a mechanic, and just learning about small engines since getting this.

I have a couple of these bikes and I have been wanting to get the time to get a new engine to port. I would like to try a 372XP carb on it!

Damn man I have just got this bike for my 7 year old and wanna do something like this to it. I bought a big bore kit for it but haven’t installed it yet, would it be possible to port a big bore kit for more power or no? Thanks.
@offroadz48617 ай бұрын
If you haven't installed it yet or if you have any haven't ported it they go hand in hand. It's definitely worth doing both at the same time
@blacktey46962 жыл бұрын
What you can try to make the engine even more snappy and revving higher its installing the aluminium 3 shoe clutch(you can lighten it to engage at higher rpm or change the springs) and one of the best upgrades to do if you have a lathe its lightening the flywheel.You can remove some of the fins and excess material my bike after removing every second fin and some materials spins to almost 1000 rpm more!

Thank you bud for the info ..

You want the fresh charge directed at the carb wall ONLY . That way it pushes the old charge out. You may be trapping burnt gasses behind fresh fuel with transfers pointed to the exhaust side.

There was a spesial one That i know know was named autisa 9hp alu cyl and it looks like one called big bore thats in steel just in othere places for the same bike. I bet that the cylindes have a lot i cud get out of them. But i dont have the tools. I cud port it. But the lade stuff. If you do i can send resize piston cylinder and top. No disrespect but you didn't rev it to max rpm like you did in the ported video. Need a loaded video to really see results. When the transfers have the divider ground away too much charge gets lost into exhaust so to grind the top both towards and away from exhaust makes charge go in both directions. So you exaggerate this problem. A transfer port should never be angled towards exhaust. If you have gains its from increased compression.

Hey John any update on my saws. You had one for 18 months now. You don’t answer your phone and my 500i is already paid for. You still haven’t sent me a final invoice all I get out of you are sob stories I just want my saws
@carlosr7504645072 жыл бұрын
You have one of my 200t since January 2021. Which I sent you parts for it. Parts you said you couldn’t find. Then I paid for my 500i in December 2021 it’s almost September and still no saw. You never sent me the final invoice for that saw but I already sent you 1500 for. Then you have my other 200t since December too. You claim it’s done but I yet to see an invoice or a tracking number. You gave me this bs story that you sent them out and never wanted to give me a tracking. Then you claimed they got returned to you
