Where do you get the patch from and the little brand name ticket on the beanie?
@eladiogomez48764 жыл бұрын
Hey John, to get products with the embroider patch (on the hat) from you guys would we order it from you guys through apliq/ Shopify or do we have to go through a different site? I am starting my own brand and logo so I'm trying to understand and learn better ways to use. Any recommendation and tips are very well appreciated. Thank You!

How can I get woven words on my clothes? And how can I find a different material to make clothes? For e.g. that guy’s hoodie’s color
@joelxluis4 жыл бұрын
I think your referring to embroidery. You can find one that’s local on google just type “embroidery” and if your looking to make clothes with different materials aside from the basics that many manufacturers sell you might want to look into cut in sew. Hope this helps

I used Apliiq for print on demand dropsipping for a while, and here's some things I noticed. - Their website is full of glitches that will make you have to constantly contact them to clarify things with your orders or designs. You may be charged twice for an item, or your customer will recieve the wrong item because of a glitch on their end. - Quality is very hit and miss. Your sample will be great, but subsequent orders that go to your customers might have poor quality embroidery, misplaced designs, etc. Also, the quality of their basic 1301 Streetwear tee seemed to change - some orders it was a darker or lighter black, some had loose threads, etc. I found it hard to trust that Apliiq would actually send out a decent order, and when you're trying to keep consistency in your brand and designs, this can be very tiring. - The time it take sfor your customer to recieve an order is terrible. THREE weeks. When someone on your online store sees it'll take 3 weeks to recieve their new shirt, they just won't order from you. - Their customer service is excellent, though. And they will fix any problems. Alas, sometimes it's just too late.

The customer service at apliiq is terrible I swear to God
@IanGruber814 жыл бұрын
Hey Kameron, really sorry to hear you feel that way. No need to get heated, just shoot us a quick email and let us know what's going on. We've been proud to help you build air/fit NY for the last year and while it hasnt' always been smooth, it's been a great ride so far.
@uhwow.41994 жыл бұрын
Agreed. It's frustrating because I've heard they have some of the best quality in POD but their customer service is truly the worst around. The one good thing is I've never heard complaints about their quality, whereas other companies like Printful are a dumpster fire in terms of quality right now. If Apliiq can fix their customer service and increase their fulfillment speed by even a couple of days (20 days to get your order just won't cut it), everyone will flock to them.
@quantrellh.49394 жыл бұрын
@@uhwow.4199 20 days? You must be ordering bulk because my customers and I usually get our products within 1-2 weeks, UNLESS it's a holiday or something serious happens (such as this COVID 19 lockdown) which cost half of their production team, and the sterilization process they need to do after each use. You do have to understand that they are a pretty small POD company. I wish they expand their warehouse/manufacturing so fulfillment time is cut in half, and hopefully bring some new embroidery sizes and other decorative designs. As for customer service, live chat and phone is by far the best. Email is good but can take multiple days.
@uhwow.41994 жыл бұрын
@@quantrellh.4939 Ok, I do need to qualify that 20 days - according to them that *is* because of COVID, which is completely fair. However I remember when I checked them out last year they had a similar estimate for fulfillment. That said, I'm glad to hear you usually get them in 1-2 weeks. I hope that's the case and yes, I hope they do expand because they do seem to be one of the better POD companies out there. But they *have* to get more disciplined with customer service if they want to get to the next level.
@quantrellh.49394 жыл бұрын
@@uhwow.4199 IDK, customer service is on point with me. I hope you get better services.
