How do u use the bale part to pellet maker I can make it work till that part

You have to get the pellet maker and make them in the field. It looks like a bailer but has a tank like a harvester. After that you take it to the building to have them packaged into a pallet.

@yoshohin that part I had working but there's a bale attachment to chip bales into pellets but can't seem to get it to attach

Ok I know what you are talking about. You have to bring the pallet with the attachment on the right side, the side that the pipe sticks out on. I know the pallet has to be turned the correct way too so just drive up next to the pallet on each side until it gives you the prompt to attach it. (I think that's how it works. It's been a while. lol)
