Nile, you are so inspirational! It’s truly amazing to see how dedicated you are and how hard you are working to get back to the level you were at prior to your surgery. I’m sure that not being able to do the things that you’ve been able to do before surgery has been so discouraging. But your dedication and the effort you have been making to return to your normal strength and flexibility is so inspirational. Having to struggle through even a young girl’s flexibility class, while a funny video, I’m sure is a very humbling situation. But through that perseverance, you are being such an encouragement and inspiration to so many people. Keep going! You can do this! We all believe in you! You’re making and are going to be making the best comeback in the history of ever!
@crazymacedonianboi5 жыл бұрын
in my opinion...he needs to do something less hard on his joints at this point. a neck injury ain’t something to play with and he’s already achieved greatness in elite gymnastics. sometimes the nicest thing to do if u do care about someone is not to push them into something that’s gonna hurt their physical and mental health. maybe ballet dancing or whatever. gymnastics is dangerous. I don’t have to be a gymnast to know that.

it’s to injury prone. those butterfly pull-ups? those r terrible for ur shoulders. and doing Olympic lifts for time against other people with relatively heavy weight? it’s a compound movement that’s NOT meant to be for endurance unless it’s really light weight. I juggle bigass kettlebell (first upload) and working on a 315 pound front squat...I’ve been hitting pr every week in front squat. hell no I wouldn’t do it for time. I might do a lotta reps with the movement u see in my first upload but I rest in between each one definitely. the thing would kill me if I dropped it on my head. and as far as the front squat progression goes I never do another rep if there’s even a question mark . with my skinny ass? it would crush me. I just quit a really dangerous job and took a pay cut but that’s better than being crippled.
