I think what happened was Jojo got told by that friend what Avery said about clout and instead of talking to Avery about it, she goes and talks to her ex. She’s feeling spiteful, she hooks up with her ex, then she ends things with Avery. Kai then breaks up with her girlfriend to get back with her ex, possibly already looking for an excuse to get out of her commitment. Avery goes back to her ex, but Sof puts boundaries because she might know Avery was actually using Jojo. So my final tally just leaves Avery, Jojo, and Kai as the problem, because none can end a relationship without using another person as an excuse. And Jojo’s mom profits off all of them 😑

Is it just me or has Jojo shown a completely different side of herself since coming out. All of a sudden there's all of this girlfriend hopping and convoluted drama. It's like shes become more comfortable and honest about who she is regarding her sexuality, but suddenly started showing her true colors in other ways as well, ways the public really doesn't need to see. And although I don't think anyone in this situation is 100% innocent, with Jojo being in the middle of this entire drama I'm honestly getting the feeling shes the main problem. Nevertheless, in the future all of these girls are gonna regret airing out their dirty laundry to the entire internet, and letting thousands of people see their cringy teenage drama. My heart aches for their future selves. Their parents need to step in and snatch their phones away. Be a parent, you're not your kid's friend.
