It could be done theoretically if they do a more reserved TDKR-style Joker but with a bit more flamboyance to make him a more classic Joker. But I agree that doing a straight-up 100% comic Joker wouldn't work very well.

That last guy's impression was actually pretty good in regards to the vocals. One thing when it comes to impressions of expressive characters is that it can be a bit too easy and almost natural to ham it up too much, but he seemed to keep himself from doing so. He was also the only one doing an impersonation that I didn't have to literally turn my head away from in pain :P

The last one was Joker man 1991 and he is damn amazing. He had fans that kept wanting to put stuff out so he just put different things to make them happy while he was working on things irl. But he is very good and has another one video at least one I know of, where he is able to do like 15 or more different voice impressions, from Simpsons, Joker, and others I can't remember.
