INGREDIENTS:
For Beef Patties
2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1 large egg
2 tbsp cooking oil
For Mushroom Gravy
4 tbsp butter
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 can (8 oz) sliced mushroom
