Jollof rice is so yummy I love it every time I taste it
@stevelogan5475 Жыл бұрын
I have never heard of or eaten this dish , but it looks delicious & I bet a double cut bone in fried pork chop would go great with this and some greens, I like some heat as long as it doesn't go to far out of my league like ghost or Carolina reaper peppers , again I say young man you still have never made a dish yet that I would not eat , God Bless from rural Kentucky

Just out of interest, would the original jollof be without chicjen and veggie, or wgat was the traditional meat? Easy to go either way with this recipe
@screwthescrooge83582 ай бұрын
Hello, friend! I know I'm late to this, but I saw that you hadn't received an answer. Anyways, the traditional protein for jollof is goat meat 😊. Sometimes, we eat the rice with beef, fish, or chicken, like this man did. Honestly, it's dependant on your preference. Hope this helps✌🏿😊
@riveness2 ай бұрын
@screwthescrooge8358 thanks. I tried with potatoes, with a very good stock, and it was lovely. I don't have much money so I tend not to use meat much.
