They put all their priorities in the wrong spot for money and fame. So sad what these children went through because of that treatment, the other children will find it perfectly normal to treat their children by tying them up and starving them and punishing them for being born. There needs to be a law made to stop exploiting children for tv or money.

Ashleigh, Collin has had a subsequent assessment by a psychiatrist and he does not have any of the diagnoses Kate claimed.

Regardless of whether the diagnosis was accurate, no sane mother would lock up her child in a facility for two years and only visit once or twice. You’d think putting them in a facility would be a last resort. The father surely would have taken custody of the child.

There must be medical records to back up Kate’s claims. What I don’t understand is her never visiting her son while he was in an inpatient facility- he was just a little boy.

What I'm wondering is, HOW could ALL these traumas/dysfunctions ONLY happen to 1 out of the 8 (total) children, or worse 1:6 of them? Genetics play a HUGE role in this, so obviously Collin CAN'T be the only one of them with behavioral/mental issues.

Kate statement gives me Ruby Franke vibes. She also used to say that denying a bed to her oldest child was suggested by psychologists. I also saw a video reporting another letter from kate that wrote Collin had a “distorted” view of reality. Who followed the 8 passengers case knows what I mean.

I don’t like how Ashley talks over her guests the the show just ends no conclusion, I think Kate didn’t bond with Colin and then just came up with all these crazy allegations, what normal mother could put her son in an institution and forget that her even exists, my son has 4 of the same diagnosis as Colin and he still lived in our house and ate with us, absolutely disgusting treatment for poor Colin and how his other brothers and sisters treat him so very sad all the years that are being wasted 😢

Someone needs to pull a Martin Bashir type deal on Kate. Remember, he's that Indian journalist from England, who made an interview special with Michael Jackson, under the guise that he didn't think Michael was a bad guy and he befriended Michael to gain his trust, and then he totally went behind his back and exposed him in the show when it came out? Some TV journalist needs to do the exact thing to Kate. You think she'd fall for it, though? To bad Bashir himself couldn't do it.

I use to watch the show and I hated how Kate treated her husband and kids. Anyone watching at the time knew what we saw. Those diagnoses should have been given to her 🤬.
