I was really starting to be convinced that these host shows just weren’t funny anymore, that maybe I had changed or the concept just didn’t really work for me, but the guy had me rolling for the first time in years. I like Trevor because he's funny and pretty smart in interviews, but his position is very left leaning. With Stewart we have a middle ground, which is what I felt was missing when Trevor took over. In Jon Stewart's time, both the left and the right were his frequent guests; with Trevor it was largely the left. I didn't like how TDS became one sided; we need a balance view.

However, the whitehouse released reports showing that the security in charge of the president said flying was ill advised because of weather and the route was too long to be done by car for security concerns. (It's hard to drive any president U.S. president a long distance in a foregin country). Basically there was no proof of this, the officials that could have been the anonymous witnesses have never came forward (one even wrote a book that was negative about Trump and didnt adress this). By all the evidence it seems to be a false accusation. There is soooooooo much to bash him about, but this particular accusation falls flat given the evidence.

Jessica Williams, Aasif Mandvi, and Roy Wood Jr were all on the show when Jon left. Maybe they didn't want it, but Noah was like the 7th or 8th funniest person on the show and had only lived in the US for 4 years... And they put him in on an election year! Still baffling.

I heard a news report that said GA district atty hires these folks on a contractor basis. Meaning he was not a direct employee. Still, the tryst was in bad form. This case is TOO important!!

Not only that, but she admitted to keeping campaign funds as cash in her home. That cash she suggested might have been used to pay him back for their lavish vacations. Nothing like admitting to RICO violations while prosecuting a RICO violation.

I hope you remember that it wasn't Trump or the Republicans who brought up this investigation into Fani in the first place. It was her firing a whistleblower who tried to stop a top campaign aid from misusing federal funds.
