A ridiculous friend of mine actually took an all plastic, chrome-look suit of armor costume into the airport, carrying the helmet. He had the blastic chrome broad sword and everything. He got all the way to the TSA when they stopped everyone. The funniest thing all day was the totally serious TSA lady who told him, "Sir, you'll have to take off your shoes. But if I'm honest, you ain't gonna make it no how, baby." He just hed out his arm and said, "Touch it..." Everyone in line laughed so hard, it shut down the TSA for several minutes. They kept his sword.
