it baffles me that it was such a common issue in these kitchens. When I did foodprep with little to no experience I always washed my hands and changed my gloves when switching from raw to cooked food, seafood to beef, beef to chicken etc! Anyone with a brain should know to do that.

Gordon Ramsay should have had Jon Taffer on his side when it came to Amy's Baking Company. Amy and Samy the narcissistic restaurant owners who blamed the customers for food sent back, customers waiting for an hour for food, servers not allowed to serve alcohol and them taking tips from servers. That episode of Kitchen Nightmares would have been more entertaining and possibly an eye opener if Jon Taffer were to assist. It would have been a fair duel with Chef Ramsay & Jon Taffer confronting Samy & Amy. In that episode of Kitchen Nightmare with other Kitchen Nightmares, like Bar Rescue there should have been a recon group with Chefs Scott, Andi and the Hell's Kitchen winners.
