I'm still researching what caused this Protein Coding Gene called MSTN ( Myostatin) to be so apparently non-existent in them. Africans seem to have much lower levels, which allows them to attain more muscle mass. There are some foods that lower Myostatin so that any of us can have more muscle growth : Cocoa Powder, Dark Chocolate, Broccoli, Eggs, a few more . But like I said, and you took offense, the DARKER ATHLETES with the west africa descent has something else other than Chocolate and Broccoli causing their Myostatin to basically disappear. That's the mystery.

@Kamilledavid You took it as me name calling , being biased towards blacks. But it's deeper than that. Look into it yourself. You tell me why you think blacks/ blacks of west africa descent can grab more more muscle mass.
