I sat next to Rob at two World Series games in Philly back in 2010. Played it cool the first game despite being a huge ASIP fan. Second game, my girlfriend at the time, doing the one cool thing she ever did for me, broke the ice on my fandom. He thought it was really cool that I didn’t fan boy out. We ended up hanging out that night and keeping in touch a bit after. He is one of the all time nicest guys ever.

4:35 this is actually a really important message to state and ties in with the mental health part after A lot of people do suffer as a consequence of looking at a lot of other people and beat themselves up and their self worth drops dramatically because they’re doing everything they can and not getting the same results they see a lot of other Celebs and other well off people with way more advantages in life achieve much more seemingly effortlessly. Much of the time they don’t portray the reality of the full context to people of having these advantages or help. Having a full time personal trainer and getting everything done for you is much different to a person working a full time job family and responsibilities of dependency and then trying to get healthy on top of it too is not running the same race. Please do not beat yourselves up and put yourselves down comparing with others. It’s ordinary people doing Extraordinary things that’s more inspiring so give yourself the credit you deserve when you do achieve it ✊🏼
