I remember my first solo! Amazing how much different the plane handles without a 200lb CFI next to me. However, I remember my first solo cross country more. The cross country was a culmination of ALL my training instead of just traffic pattern stuff. I remember contacting ATC for flight following, etc. When I started my flight training, you were one of the first channels I found. Watching your videos definitely helped me with my training! Keep doing what you're doing for GA. When I become a CFI, I will point all my students to your channel! Thanks again for all you do!

Very cool man! When i soloed i had no idea my instructor was going to rurn me loose. He simply asking me to pull over and he got out and said "ok, your turn to do it by yourself , you're ready". And that was it! Total surprise for me although i felt completely ready. It went great and the rest was history.

A day you will never forget. Great job man! When I soloed tower changed the runway on me twice, and had to do 2 left 360's for an inbound fast mover. It was really crazy but did it without an issue. Amazing stuff. Good job Jonathan its just the beginning!

My dream are becaming a nightmare, no commitment by the 2 CFIs, the first one promissed the solo endorsement in the next flight and before the next flight he leaves the flight school, the second one asked me for more hours to know my skills and after the "next" flight he also leaves, now I'm with 65 hours with nothing in my hands except the amount of money wasted, now I can understand why the general aviation are slowly dying. I am not pretty excited to restart again my lessons like a beginer, a little more I may convert my passion for aviation in hate because of CFI and flight school, hope to find a professional CFI next try. My first solo should be a celebration day in my life, they destroyed my excitation.

I remember my instructor saying I was getting ready to solo. I said I still needed to get used to landing. He said I had been doing it on my own for quite a few landings. I kinda freaked out a bit since I thought he was landing all of those landings and I was just shadowing his movements. Wait? What?!
