He didn’t just say that… or, he doesn’t mean it that way… and kept giving chances. But, later on it would work against us because I would cut it off once reality set in & not take them back.

Also I have to mention, through this conversation I finally figured out something, in my last relationship my bf had a tattoo that said “I love Angie” (his ex wife). The tattoo bothered me and I couldn’t figure out why b/c he def didn’t like her anymore. I just figured out the thing that bothered me was that we could not seem to have an honest conversation about it. He was very dismissive when I brought it up. It was a sign of deeper issues. And also that this came from a place of pain on his part, maybe on mine too. Anyway, I’m thankful for this! 🙏

I flunked the test i think because he was loving one morning and i had went away for the day he ask me who i was going away with and i told him my friend Sherri i told him we might stay the night maby he didnt believe me but anyway he ghosted me next day i was confused and felt rejected and sent emotional messages then he sent message saying he thought i might be insane and only said he didnt say he was done with the relatiinship that he didnt say anything. We talked for 3 months without meeting because he said he was sick. I told him once my needs werent being met as i wasnt getting much attention and he said when he got well he would prove it but he pulls this. Since he wouldnt communicate i said goodbye

Omg! I had the wallet thing happen a couple of times lol the first time I was in my 20’s & i literally didn’t have any cash & this guy I met through my job was saying he wanted to go to all these places, then came up with this nonsense. I just asked him if he wanted to leave 😂 He said no & I could order what I wanted. I said, I will 😂 I didn’t go nuts but I did ask him how he intended to take me to all these places with no money & after we ate, I ended the date. It was a thanks but no thanks… 😏

Nobody was thought anything, men or women. At least at one point when I was in my 20's, in the late 70's, my Mother admitted that I brought myself up. I was the youngest of 5 other siblings and a survivor at childbirth.

He told me he stayed in a marriage too long so maby he was bitter and didnt even realize he was and tbh he did focus on intamacy a lot but told me he loved me but dont know what that meant and was new to online dating and now i know i only had emotional connection and i feel hes not what im looking for but still feel hurt and working through my feelings now

The more I'm into a guy the more so called masculine energy I'm going to have, Rejection never actually killed me, Being misunderstood killed me, Being with men I didn't like killed me, But chasing one that I at least thought I liked? That didn't actually kill me even when it was a mistake. It just made me realize I have to be more clear about having a brain and less able to be triggered by stupid @ss old feelings that shouldn't have belonged to me in the first place. Less emotions and more logic is the challenge that I crave. I actually got bored of being manipulated by non serious men needing an ego stroke, If a man can't drop the need for ego stroking then he's really wrong for me. I do not feel like having to be shallow and nonchalant to be acceptable, Because I never really wanted anything that shallow for myself, It was always insulting when men wanted me to be jealous of other women while simultaneously bashing me. Let them bang away whatever is perceived to be better anymore, It's like the guy in my youth that was bragging to his pals he could have me anytime he wanted then was almost in tears as he left at 3:00 am not getting anywhere with me, I actually felt sorry for him thinking conquesting was were it was at and wasn't attracted to anyone that was actually there when they were, They don't actually ghost me when they do, They ghost themselves.

He throws out truly meaningful questions for his guests and then he Shuts Up. He was a master talk show host, no Ego. Here we just have the host pulling for constant strokes and validation, disappointing. And, boring.
