JONGKONG CAKE
TRADITIONAL FOOD FROM BANGKA BELITUNG
Sugar Ingredients:
- Palm Sugar 150gr
White part of the cake ingredients:
- Coconut milk 1000cc
- Rice Flour 120gr
- Sago Flour 50gr
- Salt 1 tsp
Green part of the cake ingredients:
- Pandan Water (Pandan 20lbr, Water 800cc, blend them together)
- Rice Flour 70gr
- Sago Flour 80gr
- Salt 1/2 tsp
