Rosie0612 What??? You say “This guy’s talent is sick.” Then you follow that with “Real talent is feeling the music 🎶 over hearing it.” Being mentioned in the same class as Janis Joplin, Jackson Browne, and Van Morrison is one of the best compliments you could give Jonny (or anyone)!! So WHY do you write your comment like he’s no good, then end it with “Love you Jonny Lang”.??? This sounds very contradictory! I also noticed your reply was from 10 years ago. What is your critique about him now? I hope 🤞 it’s that he absolutely 💯 blew you away 🎸🎤♨️‼️ P.S.-I do hope you enjoyed the concert from 10 years ago! 🙏🏼 🎚️ 🕊️

Such deep lyrics and emotion for the age he wrote this song (20ish I think). Jonny has soul. One can find it within oneself, but usually it's something you're just born with. What would you change or do if You were younger
@WheepingWillow210 жыл бұрын
Ali Nehme I would have never gotten married, never had children and lived my life for myself instead of being a servant to others. I would have absorbed more of my surroundings, educated myself with the world, never gone to school to be dumbed down by its indoctrination and propaganda b/s, I would have built a small log cabin self sufficient, off the grid, stayed away from most folks as they are mostly self absorbed and selfish, having no common sense, and to dense to do any research to learn, as most are shut off from learning anything new. I love to learn, however life's circumstances and a few bad choices placed me in a prison of sorts, my wings were clipped so to speak. Ah to be young again.
@WheepingWillow210 жыл бұрын
Chad Mcfab I think you intended this for me rather than Ali Nehme, as I am the one who stated I was 62 at the time of my posting on Jonny Langs' video. I would not make the choice of living with someone ever again without being married. I had children, and I reasoned that you can't know how a man is going to treat your children TRULY unless you see them in a family setting, first hand. At the time I thought I was doing the right thing. I made that mistake as I had others in my life, and am certain to make more I'm sure, but it would if ever again be before Father, and not some preacher man whose only intent would be to ordain the union to get money out of someone or for the state, Father would be the witness and two others, that'd be it. Call that what you will, I know what it is. I certainly would not do so having only known someone for 3 weeks. WOW, you sound co dependent, or lacking self esteem or self reliant and/or possibly lacking self respect. I don't know which. It is not for me to say, decide or judge. That is only something you can figure out. Please don't think I am judging, as I dare not, nor am I labeling you. We each have our paths and mistakes to make in this life, but from someone who MAY be the wiser than you, and I say that with much emphasis MAY BE, and with concern as I certainly had no one to instruct or guide me in my journey, and now my journey is closing, wherefore IF I can impart any wisdom from my own trials and tribulations I do so, with some reservation, out of concern as a fellow human, and only to those, which may be willing to hear the wisdom and not be prideful or ego defensive. My intent is to help and not for strife, confusion or to upset, that has never been my goal. I love humanity, no matter the gender, no matter the race, no matter the color, or faith, I truly believe we are all of one, that being humanity. I disagree that most can live to be 98, those are they which have not suffered injury, or medical abuse, medical neglect, and/or physical abuses, nowadays I think most do suffer those thing, and in addition gmo's, chemtrails, the poisons in our everyday devices, all shorten our lives. Our grandparents lived to be those ripe ole ages I think because they WORKED, they stayed active, because they didn't sit around watching tv, playing computer games, sitting on their ars's, drinking, smoking, and expecting someone else to care for them. We now have a society that is turned upside down and inside out, handouts galore, paying people to do nothing, no goals, no achievements, no self respect, no work unless breeding is now classified as a job. Hence no doubt why they are spraying us with endocrine disruptors to PREVENT child bearing. Mankind has lost it's touch with Father, put HIM first he says, and all else with follow. Until mankind acknowledges that it needs HIM, well then it'll continue as is. HOW'S THAT WORKING FOR MANKIND THUS FAR? Have a great week. Take care of yourself.

I had the pleasure of seeing Jonny at The Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa back in 2009 or 2010. It was an amazing show. Isaac Hanson, who is from and lives in, Tulsa was there and did a couple of tunes with Jonny. An amazing talent in his own right. Jonny is definitely one of my favorite artist/musicians.

I believe he is one of the greatest guitarist since Jimmy hendrix,and Eric clapton had him at his festivals I wish he still produced blues instead of just gospel

Can't wait to see him at the California Mid State Fair this summer! Huge, long time fan.. he's been given a God given talent that's so unappreciated

+Jerilyn Morris You are so correct. I've been a fan of Jonny since 1999 or 2000. Ever since Prince's death, I've spent hours watching videos of him... anything that I can find. I happen to find one where he's at a club playing and he calls Jonny Lang out to come join him on stage. It was explained that he'd heard that Jonny had been in or near the club. Now you know that when a legend like Prince calls someone out to join him on stage it's because he thinks they have talent. Jonny certainly has it...too bad he's a very underrated, and as you said, unappreciated artist.

"Breaking Me" has to probably be my most favorite of all his songs, although picking one is very hard to do.. I can feel every word he sings on this track.. Glad to know there are others out there that not only know of him, but understand how amazing he is.. I was ecstatic to hear he was coming to town here for the fair in July! Would sure love the chance to meet him ugh..;) Thanks for the comment

22 years ago I had my first love and as a teen I didn't TRULY realize what I had with S.J.S. B. but I did in the same sense. I knew what and how I was raised 💯 and now that I am aware of the faults I had back then, S.J.S. is still the one I love and wish and pray 🙏 ❤ I have another chance.

So thrilled he made out of "the artist on the road "and what comes with it. Seven years between Dvd's, how 'bout closer to three. Maturity in his voice would melt butter. A family man with a plan.
