WOW! did they ever know how to heighten the action wit music on TV in the late 50's early 60's. This is one of the great ones. did every single note here get used on the show. I recognize probably about 98% of it. Guess I'd better pull out the ol' DVD and find the other 2%. I'd really love to have this series on Blu-ray, And It'd be cool to have a complete soundtrack as a bonus. Great writing and fantastic playing. Thanks for posting.

Me too--Born 1960--Everything about JQ was so FAR ahead of its time...It saddens me to see the lack of progress I anticipated...We were still at the beginnings of the space program. Yeah, I was born in 60 and saw the show in 1964 on ABC. It was so freaking badass even before I knew anything was badass! These four guys had a bigger carbon footprint than some Air Force bases. Whats with all the recommendations of using parts of this for sporting events? That would be just wrong. These are dramatic sound scapes associated with specific visual events. Not some basic march or pop song like louie louie, which are normally associated with sporting events. This music is far too good for anything like that . Good luck finding a college band to play this anyway :D They'd end up dumbing it down so much, it wouldnt even sound anything like the original.
