Well done mate, i did my first VO2MAX test at hampden sports clinic last week. Im 50 years old and weigh 82kg. I scored 50.7 vo2max on the treadmill which i was very happy with . Ive got more into running up hills ,rowing and anything cardio. resistance training . I used to lift heavy weights and was 90kg . Feel alot healthier cutting down on food intake to fuel these lifts . Lower weight , lower heart rate .. and feel great with healthy diet ... great video

Hi Richy! Awesome man I hope my Vo2 is that high at the age of 50, what a machine!! Yeah I’ve also been running a lot of trail and mountain running training for Celtman which I think has seriously raised my fitness to another level!! Keep truck’n 💪🤙
