Wrong,,, GM and the Coach took a team from 5-31 to 13-27 and a "Rookie Of The Year" in AB, In there first year as Coach & GM, now in their 2 year, they got the team already 11-15 with 14 games left,,, and more and likely a second "Rookie Of The Year" in CC,, that seems to me that Coach & GM knows there stuff and Coach could be the next great Coach..

Before this year I had watched exactly two WNBA games in its 27 year history. Yes, C.C. is why I’m tuning in, but I am learning other player’s names and finding them entertaining as well. I think there's many reasons for the growth: -Clark is white, straight, and christian, and that represents the majority of americans that are no longer ashamed to be any of those things. Representation matters and ahe represents the majority. -Her game is unlike anyone else's and is fast-paced and exciting. No one likes bully ball from entitled boss chick social activists. - clarks media and marketing training is top notch and compliments her basketball iq in her media relations. - the femininity of this class is something they are unashamed of and something most fans want to see. Butch bully ball is on its way out. -americans money is tight right now and the wnba is more affordable entertainment. Why pay 300 bucks to watch entitled male millionaire activists play ball when you can get a ticket for less than a third of that to the wnba. Clark is not a woke activist and most people like that. -the storylines are pretty compelling surrounding clark. Clark v reese. Clark v the old guard. Clark v reeves. Clark v the olympians. Clark v the whole damn wnba that said shes nothing special but design defensive schemes and cover her end to end even in an all star game. Somehow the greatest scorer in collegiate history is the underdog and people love it. -the shorter game clock is appealing in todays attention deficient society. Nba isn't worth watching the first 45 minutes because it can be decided in the last 3 mins often enough. 10 min quarters is a good time. Theres more but im tired.lol

You talk about bball fans. I love the game. But not the game the men have played since - probably Magic. I like basketball as it was designed - strategy, ball movement, transitions to get the ball to an open shooter either in the lane or outside. It wasn't designed for dunks, aerial movements, and the no-strategy play of extreme athletes. I stopped watching NBA and even NCAA mens basketball many years ago. It's boring to watch giants overwhelm the court. For men's bBall to be relevant, the court needs to be expanded by about 30% and the goal raised to 12' or more. Dunks must die. WNBA gives me everything I wish NBA did. It does it because the game is played below the rim. Please return the men's game to real BBall.
