The glazes used on this bowl were from Mayco ! Sandstone first and then aurora green, Norse blue, blue surf, the dots were flux and dark flux ! Thanks everyone for the comments and thanks for watching!

I love how there’s lack of narration . Just hearing him opening and working with the clay makes me relax . I listen to it every night so it can help me get tired

You inspired me today. Usually I limit myself to making two pound bowls. Today I did 4 four pound bowls and a five pound bowl.

@Vin_034 жыл бұрын
How is it
@Cate74514 жыл бұрын
Ro sansierra , well it probable looks like a first piece, do ten then it's pretty good. I was a slow starter. Took me six months to make a kiln load. Half were too chunky tho so they went into the bin. Didn't take me so long to make more. It is said that it takes 5,000 try's to make a perfect mug. It takes a lot of try's. But that's okay. Everything in life is like that. It's good to be good at something. Fly at her.

Always love your videos. Do miss your old studio and the energy. I guess it was cozy and everything seemed within reach. I just loved that, being able to see all that stuff in the background. It made the fresh from the kiln stuff look really awesome 😁

It's a lot of work to do pottery. Two years to learn the wheel. But Jon was very fast. Taking lessons from him would be a good idea. In these times maybe harder. See if you can get set up. It's so great.

I can't for the life of me figure out what people find soothing about all the sounds 🤷♀️ To me it's gross...like finger nails on a chalk board. I guess it's a sensory thing. I can't stand the sounds of people eating or drinking either lol. But that's ok, I just watch with the volume down because I love the pottery!!
