Julian, Michael Stewart here. Johannesburg, South Africa. I absolutely love your videos. If I may bold enough to comment on the acronym "T.I.P". The story I was told by a restauranteur some years ago is this: It stands for Towards Improved Performance. It was paid ahead of the meals to ensure that the "Improved Performance" continued throughout the evening or lunch or whatever the function was. One Performance provider who received a substantial sum ahead of the evening, and decided it was a good idea to make off with his fortune. Needless to say, since that day it has been paid after the event. I'm sure this story would fit into the Myth or Legend genre.

Mr. McDonnell, please refrain from assuming we don't care. Everyone who has an interest is already familiar with the usual information on the great city of London. I have subscribed to your channel because of the trivia and minutiae that sets you apart from all others. I'm confident that many others feel the same. Thank you for the entertainment. Would greatly enjoy an in depth tour of Tower Hill.

Ha ha...well, I need a catch phrase so perhaps that can be mine! I know you care really. Tower Hill? Hmm...I've covered some of it in various videos (with some errors) but I guess I could do a compilation.

You can find an anchor on a parish boundary stone because the anchor is an old Christian symbol. It can be found on Christian grave stones at least as far back as the 2nd century. You can buy necklaces where you have three symbols - the cross, the anchor and the dove - standing for faith, hope and charity.

I just wanted to say that you definitely opened my eyes to London history. I'm just one of the many lonely women in the USA stuck inside due to covid-19 wondering what else is out there. I am definitely not familiar with all the different areas in England or even the U.K. as a whole but I do love watching your videos. I feel like my mind has been opened up more in the last week watching your videos than in my entire life. Please keep doing what you do.

I’ve just finished the third walk in the book so I thought it would be a good idea to see one again in the flesh so to speak! As a result in contemplation of this, your most recent brilliant videography of London, we are most seriously tempted to sojourn again to your lovely city as in our previous six visitations it appears we have overlooked in our ignorance some of the enticing locations you highlighted. Although the Temple Church has been found locked to us , despite its publicized hours open, we are heartened to try again as if we find it closed we can seek solace in the Edgar Wallace now that you have revealed ut to us. Wonderful video Joolz!
