What did you think of Gilded Needles by Mcdowell? I loved that one. My favorite horror novel is still It by Stephen King. Nice to see Jack Ketchum getting some love - for some reason, I rarely see him getting much mention, and that's a tragedy, indeed. If you haven't already, check out his short work - PEACEABLE KINGDOM is an extraordinary collection!

I think i know why mr ketchum wrote about sylvia likens. So people all over the world and across america would never ever forget what happened to that poor sweet innocent girl. May every one of those perps, yes even those kids who said nothing, rot in hell. And i pray to god that every single one involved have gotten the worst karma, still being dished out in spades.😠😠😠🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😠😠😠🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Very big Michael McDowell fan. Have you read the Blackwater Saga? I mean, hands down the best horror novel ever written, and that is not my opinion, that is science. 9 out of 10 scientist agree Blackwater is the best and those 9 viciously murdered that 10th scientist so really 9 out of 9 scientists agree. 10 out of 10 dentist agree too.
