The idea that you must be in a position of power is just an excuse for racism because "it's not racism when I do it." That idea is helping to divide our society and make us weaker as a whole and as individuals. Ironically Dyson is in a position of power and he is extremely racist, he speaks in negative racial stereotypes all the time. He sees groups he doesn't see individuals and frankly I think he's pretty disrespectful of Black people. First, Dyson is claiming that white people have ruled the world, so they cannot complain when others want their share. Is this true? Yes, yes it is and this is mainstream knowledge, nothing post modern about it, just history. Dyson is not talking about ALL whites, only those who complain and who want to keep or conserve the status quo, that is, conservatives. What exactly is it that they want to conserve? Their power of course, but others want their share now, so that upsets them and this is what is behind their motivation. As a Black American, I came here to say that Dyson is everything they said about him and more. I haven't noticed any in the full length video from the debate munks channel, which I am watching now. That event from 5 years ago was recorded in Canada in front of a nearly all white audience. Yet, Dyson spoke the way you accused him of? More than just ghetto Blacks are familiar with Beyonce lyrics! I agree that he is 'wordy', I'm sure he agrees with that, but I don't feel his intentions are nearly as nefarious as you make them out to be.

As a liberal, I loved your discussion of the reasonable left. I strongly feel that most of us are reasonable. The woke elements are simply louder and they have the attention of the media. I would suggest that Mr Dyson is so deep in his fight, he doesn’t “sense the water” either. He is completely closed to any logic other than his own.

(Sexist in his labeling of Peterson as a “white *man*”, homophobic in his sexually-charged comments toward Fry (imagine Peterson making the exact same heterosexual comments toward the woman on stage and how that would have been received)).
