Never has there been a KZbin workout better than this. It's so well crafted. I can tell you put thought into which movements go in which order. The alternation always feels great & not too much on one spot. Been doing this weekly for a while now & will continue to. Thank you. Also, the track list is amazing. Surprised there aren't more comments about that.

Ayyy I can't help but feel this was triggered by my recent comment about "Jordan does not care if you have downstairs neighbours" within the same week this gets uploaded. Jordan, it's very rare content creators listen to their community and try to find a way to make it better for them. Hey Jordan I just attempted doing this workout with a friend of mine who is trying to get back into shape. I would have finished this too if I didn’t get a mad case of diarrhea after second round. Though my friend was done at that point. I’ll try again tomorrow after work to finish this workout as it’s easy on my knees

Thanks for following! Tbh, this workout might make your Shoulder impingement worse, especially from those Push Ups, Planks, and other Upper Body dynamic movements. Although this is a Low Impact session, but it's never a rehab or a special workout for ongoing injuries. You'll need to visit your physician and follow their advice instead of following this. 🙏
