She may not make it in, as the alternate, in 2024, but I bet we see her in 2028.

I’m confused why these girls separate their legs when they go from one bar to the next and some of the top all the top bar workers they don’t do it at all is it that difficult to keep your legs together? I know Simone separates her legs but like Shannon Miller never did and lotta other people down wide. Why does this girl separated so many times almost everyregret the high her legs were

She should have been selected for the team not alternate. I think they chose Hezley because she has the slender gymnast look. Not hating on her but I think Joscelyn would score higher in the events she would have competed in.

Their scores from the two days of trials were SO close-Hezly’s score was higher by less than two tenths! Hezly had an advantage on uneven bars, but Joscelyn on vault and floor. They were tied on balance beam. I think the selection committee just played it safe and went with the five highest scores. You do make a good point, though. I wondered the same.

I love Jocelyn too but they had to think about someone else who could replace simohe or suni on bars.

She is so good! She does not have the typical body shape so that might be a factor in our superficial society. Speaking of superficial, can we all acknowledge that her dad is so fricking hot!
