Self love means being truthful to yourself. Doing the things you say you will and staying disciplined on your journey. That frequency is extremely powerful.

Agreed, and I think that spending time alone as Joseph mentions is a good way to be able to listen to yourself and act in accordance. It can be easy to be distracted away from your own deepest truth.

Mr. Rodriquez let me just say your channel was an instant subscribe for me. I have listened to only 3 of your videos on repeat for the last 3 days and feel i have already transcended a place that i was stuck at for quite a while. The way that you are breaking this thing down makes ALL the Great Teachings from the likes of Abraham Hicks, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Neville Goddard, various motivational teachers, impact theory you name it...make sense. your content is ALL of those in one and very easy to comprehend. Very practical and I'm able to implement and REALIZE RESULTS IMMEDIATELY!! Even if it's just the slightest awareness. I just want to thank you. Maybe it's a "when the student is ready the teacher appears" type of situation but whatever it is it's working. May you continue to be blessed and prosperous as you continue to bless other. Love.

Ever since I came across your channel, I have been quantum leaping through realities. One thing I have started incorporating is that I listen to your videos while working out at the gym, and can I just say that my progress has been astronomical!! Thank you, Joseph. I am eternally grateful for you. Infinite Love&Bliss ♾

This is so synchronous because this was my favorite book o.k k for many, many years! In fact it was the first book I ever read cover to cover. And eventually I became a literacy specialist, teaching other teachers how to teach literacy. Thank you so much for posting this, absolutely amazing, magical actually!

Hello Joseph, thanks for uploading these. I bought What To Say When You Talk To Yourself. It is a really good book although your summaries are as helpful. I am even writing about self talk and its effects on life satisfaction for my Experimental Psychology class. I am so thankful for finding your content and your recommendations.

How would you know what your inner self talk was unless you write them down ..? Journaling..CBT It's not as 'easy' as one says ..we re a product of our past conditioning experiences..in some cases trauma etc Working through resentments lifting beliefs etc It takes self-reflection and outside help sometimes by an objective person... One needs to heal first inside...
