非常開心感激Dr Joe 的細心解說,及示範教學,本來彈弓手指不是十分嚴重,昨天看家庭醫生,她抽血檢測風濕病,我需要大力握拳,結果左手第四指整天不能伸直,洗碗不能穿膠手套,今天正想約針炙醫師前,找到Dr Joe 視頻,跟著做,重覆兩次,居然見效,現在可以伸正回復正常了,當然我也會依照Dr Joe 的保養指示,用健動貼幫助,希望不會復發,再次衷心❤感謝🙏Dr Joe 與患者分享他豐富的專業經驗,使我不藥而癒。👍💪😃
Dr Joe, I did the cross friction massage on my left thumb. Immediately I could bend my thumb which I couldn’t have done so for the last few weeks. The massage relieved the pain and the tightness. The English subtitles helped a lot. Thanks a lot.

我大半個月前右手無名指腫脹,晚上特別痛,開頭以為是風濕,吃消炎藥,搽了藥油,都不見效。前兩晚才想起可能是彈弓指,於是看影片跟著做,做了兩天,已紓緩了許多。謝謝Dr Joe Wong!我想起去年右手中指和無名指都曾經腫脹、發炎,都是看Dr Joe Wong的影片跟著做,才好了的,只是病好了,就忘記了。下次再有手指發炎、腫痛,會馬上再做這些伸展運動。

Hi Dr Joe...Thanks you, finally I found your video, I have a problem with my wrist, I took it to the doctor but sometimes it still hurts when lifting things. Watching your video really helped me and thank you for the exercise.
Dr. Joe, Thank you for this video on Trigger Finger. I started having Trigger Finger about 10 years ago. Referred to specialist by my GP and was told to opt for surgery or to have a steriod jab. I chose the jab but after awhile it relapsed. This exercise helps to relieve the tightness on the finger. Deeply appreciate for this video.

Dr Wong 你好!我兩隻手腕也痛,連帶整隻forearms 前方也很痛(即手掌向上位置),有時痺、無力。 職業治療師為我做了一個托,限制手腕嘅活動,他說要讓手腕休息,但情況也持續,直接影響我日常活動和上班,心情很差呢! 我右手痛了差不多一個月,左手就痛了幾天,請介紹相關嘅伸展運動。 感謝您!並祝你身體健康!事事順利! 😊
Hi! Dr Joe. thks. for sharing tis useful video. recently hurt my middle finger with numbness n bone crack at the upper part of the finger. After bandages done by doctors n also by tik tar sifu. Not much help cos couldn't move or bend the finger. would appreciate if Dr Joe have some advice on my problem . thks alot 🙏🙏

If there is fracture, probably need to rest for 4 -8 weeks. Afterwards, you can do some rehabilitation exercises for the fingers.
