How much developer do you use with the color when mixing? Do you use the volume 20 when hair is mostly grey? Also when highlighting over the color do you use bleach or color shades of Aveda enlightenment?

in my experience, 50% or more grey coverage should use 20 vol. for 45minutes. Also n/n for better coverage.
