An even bigger opportunity for a "30 for 30", Netflix, or movie would be about Jalen Hurts years and him taking the high road. That cat is all class! To think his comeback moment replacing Tua in the SEC game, against the same program, in the same building, is simply an emotional moment for BAMA fans if not CFB as a whole. Jalen has the class a parent can point to and tell their children who they should emulate.

Jalen Hurts is known at my house as "my wife's boyfriend." There's not a parent anywhere in Alabama, Oklahoma, or Philadelphia that wouldn't be thrilled if their little girl brought home Jalen Hurts as a guest for Sunday dinner.

I blame Pat McAfee for this. Every Thursday on his show. He would speak to "The greatest college football coach of all time. Nick Saban!" And near the end of his segment. Pat would ask him about the Ferrari. That's why Nick retired! He and Ms Terry want to drive and ride in that Ferrari more often. Can't say I blame him!😎

So but Alabama is not hot spot anymore. Does matter how much money or how good the facility are. It was all about Nick Saban. Look at any great college program they all fall when the great leader leaves. USC, Florida, they will have a great season every ten years but not the same.

It is surprising that Nick or AD didn't appoint new Alabama coach before Nick Retired. Nick leaving Alabama without new Coach is going to cause big churn in players and drop in the class. If Nick had a plan to leave atleast they could have started the search and hired new coach before announcing retirement.

Saban, being referred to as the GOAT, is laughable. 25 plus 5 star players could be coached by Jim Zorn, and the results would be the same. After getting out coached and demolished by an actual coach (Harbaugh) and a team with only two 5 star players, he tucked tail and ran because he knew that the new landscape of college football would be his downfall. NIL and Harbaugh proved to him that he would no longer be able to stack the most talented players and simply let them do what they do. He would have to be a real coach, which the little coward was afraid of. The level playing field equals an average Saban. Which he's been all along... average

Bama is going to wind up with Tommy Rees because all these coaches have the same agent and their using the vacancy for a raise and not a competitive change. they're all getting a raise where they are and nobody is interested in the Bama job
