This home is really checking out, and from more of a hosting perspective so far as entertaining goes. The A+ view is beautifully balanced by thoughtful proportions (done right) by not oversaturating the architectural subtleties that make it so bad-ass and "NOW" (like that perfectly consistent concrete board form texture and the 4' marble tiles) I'm feeling the flow here ...design wise, it's very very lifestyle appropriate. .... I always enjoy the way you contrast one another as a couple, Josh clearly has effortless charisma that attracts even the most extravagant buyers 😁... Thank-you sooo much for including us, ... the house is an absolute jem, (I think the glass bannister with stunning steel accents appeared mitered rather than butt joined, which requires so much more precision/difficulty in the assembly-prefab and or installation process, perfect fit and finish on everything, either way is incredibly crafted & notably unique.

The house is just sitting. Kiss lost their residency because no one brought any tickets. Simmons dropper 12.5 million on it, tried to sale it for 15.5, dropped it to 14.5. Guess it makes for a nice rental for parties. Las Vegas, the party's over.

It is new and staged. Never truly been lived in - just a lot of tours. Gene bought it as a 2nd or 3rd home and decided to flip it. He also sold 2 of his LA homes (including his primary). Looks like Mr Simmons is plying the real estate buying and selling game.
