Have been watching this channel since it started, like everyone gained alot by watching Josh working through the rehab post ops..... But watching this now, if you like money, it looks like the rehab is over. Put a bet on for josh to finish top 5 mens individual, 2021 games..... easy money.

Couple questions: 1. Is it a continuous clock or do you pause between the bench marks? 2. If continuous, do you use same barbell and change the weight yourself or use multiple barbells? Either way, great workout and can’t wait to do it And as previously stated, please do not edit out the “Here we Go” haha I have my 3.5 yr old twins saying it Pay the Man

Nah, I thought the same before I began. After 2 1/2 years it hasn’t happened. Just as long as your smart and know your body and listen to it you’ll be ok. Beginners or even some intermediate crossfitters would never want to do this type of work out
