This gets suggested so much, in fact I actually did do this in 2014 (I got told to do it all the time back then too). It's' actually not fun or interesting at all. You just fly everywhere in a Hydra while being mostly invincible and instantly killing any enemies. It's just Any% but with no challenge/difficulty. The glitch is called duping - i.e starting a mission multible times. I've been out of the loop so I don't know how it works in San Andreas, but check out www.speedrun.com/gtasa/forum - there are some threads about it. [namely the one titled "D U P I N G"] In essence you set your onmission flag to false while having started a mission. In GTA3 and VC this is done with replays (you remotely start a rampage using a replay at the same time as you start a mission, then wait for the rampage to run out - you are technically no longer on a mission (rampage counts as a mission - f.e you can't take phonecalls during it), but you're still doing a mission. This leads to some crazy things). New things have been discovered of course, so this might be false/dated.
