Well people play super mario from 1986 so im not so surprised. Besides this game is still in several parts unique and greater than other games and even if it wasn't, why not play it? did you ever encounter the problem that some animations (for example turning with a parachute or the slight idle animation of the car) to be really fast, like wiggling cars or a too fast flashing map? I couldnt find the file responsible for that, the rest of the internet remains silent over this issue.

Hi Josh I love your videos but I have a question, why does Frame Limiter allow things to become easier or harder to do?

Well due to how the game is programmed a lot of things are tied to the frame-rate. For example(not San Andreas specific) let's say you're checking if the player's car is colliding with a bit of terrain or something. Every time a frame ticks it does a bunch of a stuff in the code to say "Yes, you're on the ground so you shouldn't be falling." Now this is bad for a lot of reasons and typically now-a-days you try very hard to avoid doing physics calculations with inconsistent repeated checking. Because what can happen with that example I talked about is that if the play has enough velocity the player's position can get changed before the collision has the chance to be detected properly. This most likely results in getting stuck in the ground, but with enough speed you can entirely clip through the ground entirely. A speedrun example of something like this can be seen in DK64 where you use a bunch of grenades to lag the game out and as a result you have a higher chance of the game not properly detecting collision as you jump into a closed door. TL;DR: Frame-limiter fixes some inconsistencies with how the game updates and checks for variables/functions and makes pulling off frame/update reliant tricks a lot more consistent/easier.
