I kind of feel like this was a planned collab- what building man accepts a package from a rando off the street (maybe 20 years ago, not today with the anthrax/poison and bomb scares)- I mean they didn’t look like delivery ppl at all? I mean if they know someone is dropping something off for a tenant they accept it, but I can’t imagine accepting it from some rando who’s like “here’s a package for x”.

@kaylin- I don’t think you understand what I’m saying... you can’t just go to someone’s building, hand the porter a package and say, “this is for ____”. Then leave. There are too many safety concerns today (not to mention celebrities would have their buildings chalked full of “fans” or “haters” dropping off packages if their addresses were ever found out- which nowadays they often are). Will the porters accept something from official delivery companies like USPS or fedex? Yes. Or will they accept something from someone if the tenant alerts them someone will be dropping a package off for them? Yes. But will they accept a package from a rando off the street who just dumps a package there for someone? Highly doubtful... otherwise all those Russian poisonings that have happened in the UK would be done through packages dropped off 🤣

Why would someone put explosives in the mail for someone? How much does that person who sent it loathe the other person?
@catcactus12345 жыл бұрын
TD Siren There have been many instances of people lacing packages with explosives. Last year in Austin Texas, a white man put packages with explosives on black people’s doorsteps in hopes of killing them due to his racist beliefs, killing almost all of the victims and injuring many others. There was another case also about a year ago of someone lacing packages with a white poisonous powder, which when inhaled, would cause severe organ failure or something along those lines. They sent the packages to prominent politicians and news anchors in America, however only a CNN anchor had actually been affected due to opening it.

Two safety things for these influencers, if they ever get a real moon rock. 1. Don’t touch it. It’s not because of some preservation thing, the lack of weather on the moon to wear them down makes them pretty sharp. 2. Don’t take it out of the container. It’s likely also covered in Moon dust, which is extremely dangerous. You’re probably allergic, if you breath it in, you’ll get some serious respiratory problems. This was a serious problem for the Apollo astronauts. Some got intense allergic reactions (not anaphylactic, but coughing and sneezing fits, rashes, other things), some got respiratory issues later in life, some got respiratory issues right there, or it caused asthma to flare up. This will also be a big problem for the new Artemis missions. Artemis plans on sending a lot of people to the moon, even with bases and colonies, so the problems that moon dust can cause will be better documented.

Quilliam Attari Thank you and you’re welcome. Different areas on the moon are probably more radioactive than others, depending on what area the impact that caused the moon to form was from. @sinsei21655 жыл бұрын
Composition doesn't always equal value tho.
@sinsei21655 жыл бұрын
@Rayne it seems like you forgot to think and connect the dots together so let me do that for you. 1. Composition is not always equal to value because human beings and the way humans place values on something are subjective. 2. If you gave a professional painter and an amateur the same paint, canvas and tools with the same material, does that mean that the painting that they'll produce is also the same in value? Of course not. Because the way the two created their paintings are fundamentally different. 3. Case in point, even though a moon rock has the same elements and atomic configuration as an earth rock, the science that paved the way for that moon rock to be brought to earth makes it all the more valuable than, let's say, an earth rock that is picked up by a dumbass like you. Was that enough to satisfy your curiosity?

@@sinsei2165 You are trying to sound smart but its you who is dumbass lol "If you gave a professional painter and an amateur the same paint, canvas and tools with the same material, does that mean that the painting that they'll produce is also the same in value?" "Because the way the two created their paintings are fundamentally different." That is not comparable, this example... You are making as if moon rock has different chemical composition, which is false. Guess what, it does not! Minerals found on Moon are the same as ones found on Earth. "Composition is not always equal to value because human beings and the way humans place values on something are subjective." Composition is everything and composition does not have to be material, but you are to dumb and your head is way up in the ass to understand that. Composition of lie that was made up for someone to think that this is real moon rock is what it gave value to the gravel. As we live in material world, we make value according to the composition. " Case in point, even though a moon rock has the same elements and atomic configuration as an earth rock, the science that paved the way for that moon rock to be brought to earth makes it all the more valuable than, let's say, an earth rock that is picked up by a dumbass like you." See, you just made my point and made argument against first half of your comment, it is not the moon rock itself but the composition of science, effort and achievment invested to bring the stupid rock from Moon that it makes valuable. The thing itself has no value it is just another rock, and if you did not know it was not from the Moon you would just gave it same value as any other rock.
@akmedia82065 жыл бұрын
Carani von Bianthia and you know that because you’ve visited the moon?
@sinsei21655 жыл бұрын
@@KuroiReaper we are not talking about the video. This discussion is separate from what the video is all about since we are localizing the discussion to the value of a material based on its composition. Your arguments are slipshod and all over the place. My statement stands. Even though both earth rocks and moon rocks have the same mineral composition and thus will have the same practical use, the moon rock is more valuable because of all the effort, technique, novelty and uniqueness that surrounds it. If a professional painter paints a dot and an amateur paints a dot, the professional painter's dot will be deemed more valuable. Even though they're practically the same thing. A dot of paint on canvas. I, of course, acknowledge that a dot of paint on canvas being priced thousands or millions of dollars is utter bullshit but it happens. Hence me stating that value is subjective because human perception is subjective.
