Why Kenshiro beats Jotaro: 1. The "Only stands can beat stands" thing is a hyperbole stated up by the characters as no other entity in Jojo have the same abilities as stands early in the series. Stands are described to be psychic or spiritual energy, and have shown to be touched or seen by those demon hands in part 4 or the entities in the Rohan novel. Kenshiro literally uses "aura" or fighting spiritual energy which is exactly like stands are given that Jojo is based on Fist of the Northstar. 4. Kenshiro is basically a continent lvl demigod who can destroy entire cities with his mere presence via his aura, the durability to survive nuclear bombs, the strength to tear through mountains, and the speed to catch up with beings that actually move and travel at lightspeed. Jotaro is building lvl at best, Star Platinum doesn't have the range and attack potency to be a threat to Kenshiro. 3. Kenshiro has Musou Tensei which is a God level beyond stands like Wonder of U, GER and even Over Heaven... being able to erase your own existence along with the existence of anyone you want to erase. After all nothingness cannot be affected by time nor space. If Kenshiro uses it he wins no matter what, let alone the secret technique that allows him to summon gods. 4. Kenshiro has Soryu Tenha (Fist of the Blue Style) which negates any Supernatural abilities as it’s stated to prevent spiritual or psychic attacks in the Manga. That, and combined with Kenshiro's power, speed, durability, skill, combat experience, and range, any argument for Jojo stands wouldn't matter.

No, because Death Battle didn't use any of Kenshiro's actual feats. Kenshiro's thousands of times faster and millions of times stronger than Star Platinum. Yeah I myself used to think Kenshiro would win. Then I discovered who Jotaro is and that I have been convinced that even with Muso Tensei, Star Platinum's phasing should be a direct counter. I would also like to say that Building level Star Platinum is a lowball because it can scale to Carazy Diamond. Crazy Diamond can scale to Red Hot Chili Pepper who took electricity from Morioh a large town. This momentarily stopped anything powered by electricity so they shoyld scale to Large town to mid town level. I do like Fist of the North Star more however Jotaro would come out on top Didn't mean to write like half and essay

This aura then surrounds the combatants. Everything around them turns into nothingness and they are stripped of any special abilities, having to rely only on their physical strength to beat the opponent. You can also search for Blue Dragon Heaven Silk and find the chapters in which it's used online

@@BabarKhan-je9px The speed of Ken was largely downplayed in the video, going by feats of his uncle and Han, Ken should be faster than light as at least 2 characters had attacks of such speed that they left no shadow, the example i remember is Han whos attacks wher so fast none had even seen their shadow (his uncle faced some one with the same technique and could match him in speed, Ken is the most powerful man of the Hokuto putting him above his uncle) Ken could match and then surpass Han in speed, Hyoh as well made 10 000 afterimages that Ken could follow and counter. If Star is FTL Ken isn't that much slower if at all.

I honestly don't think the fight was fair, all ken had to do was touch jotaro, same with the Alucard vs Dio DBX, Alucard is specifically made to kill vampires and had all of the advantages over dio. He literally cannot die, you can also see this in other non-jojo related fights suh as the venom vs crona one. Most of crona's arsenal was sound based which made the fight completely unfair. I hate how this happens, I would honestly love a death battle where both of the opponents were equal and had their own strengths and weaknesses without having to make an almost completely one-sided fight.

The sheer existence of Kenshiro's aura would paralyze Jotaro. Kenshiro is Moon Level, at minimum. He's MFTL, at minimum. He can use Soryu Tenha to send his opponent and himself into a realm without battle aura and just kill Jotaro with his natural strength, skill, and speed. He could literally punch the air and erase Jotaro from existence. He could shoot Jotaro with a Ki blast and end the fight before it even began. He can use Anryu Tenha to manipulate reality and send Jotaro to the shadow realm. He can destroy souls, and since Star Platinum is a manifestation of the fighting spirit, it would be destroyed. Kenshiro can regenerate eyes, lungs, heart, etc.

Raoh desintegrated half a skyscraper with a punch...from across the street.... that was a younger pre powerups Raoh, Ken tanked multiple of those attacks with little damage.

Not to mention Ken could instantly blast out enough energy to level most of a city, let alone keep someone a whole two meters away; he was capable of that at the start of his story let alone the end. Kenshiro has tanked hits up to 2 gigatons and he has healed lost eyes, lost organs or partially blown up limbs with Hokuto on multiple occasions; he fought an opponent whose entire technique was rushes to remove vital organs. You all act like time stop is some instant win technique but there is an activation time which is more then enough for Kenshiro to activate Muso Tensei, at which point the fight isn't even fair anymore; under Death Battle rules there is no reason for Kenshiro not to immediately rush Jotaro before he can finish saying The World, as Jotaro has done to Dio.

You must assume against all evidence that Star Platinum is capable of crushing Kenshiro's heart to begin with. You would assume that Kenshiro's oppressive aura wouldn't outright kill Jotaro as soon as he was in range. By the time of the Land of Shura arc, Kenshiro's _toki_ was so lethal that it was exploding powerful, full-grown killers just by being in close proximity; that same aura was so powerful that it _reversed_ the flow of a massive waterfall from over 100 feet away. I mention this because DIO and Joseph demonstrated that the effects of energy still persist even when time has been stopped. This is why DIO had to resort to throwing a knife at Joseph in the middle of The World's time stop; because Joseph had been channeling Ripple through his body. DIO even had to stop himself from touching Joseph when he remembered this fact; so it stands to reason that Kenshiro's _toki_ would also be active while time is stopped. Put short, the moment Jotaro tries to get in range to fight Kenshiro, Jotaro would simply explode from being too close.

If you're gullible enough to actually believe that Star Platinum is capable of putting out 3 million tons of force behind its punches, then you deserve to be lied to and made to look like a fool for it. At no point in the series has Star Platinum demonstrated a striking force anywhere _close_ to 3 million tons- and no, the "harder-than-diamond teeth" doesn't fall under that for _alot_ of good reasons. *1. The number doesn't match.* Death Battle's 3 million ton claim was stated to apply to the amount of _pressure_ that diamond could withstand, but there's a large difference between squeezing a diamond until it shatters, and shattering a diamond with blunt-force trauma. The fact that they simply took the 3 million ton claim and applied it to Star Platinum's fists without converting the value from resistance to pressure to resistance to blunt-force trauma is _immediately_ suspect, especially given the next point- *2. Diamond is a brittle material.* Anybody who has studied diamonds even _partially_ will tell you that its fame for being one of the hardest natural substances on the planet, is offset by it also being comparatively brittle. There's a reason that businesses centered around diamond repair exist- it's because shattering diamond is frequent enough that you don't even need a superhuman amount of strength to do it. What's amusing is that diamond is actually brittle _because_ it's so hard- on an atomic level, diamond is too inflexible and rigid, with a molecular makeup consisting of very strong bonds. The net effect of these bonds is that it makes diamond incredible resistant to scratching; but it _can't_ absorb that much energy before those bonds actually break, and once they do, the fissure that starts will not cease until it reaches the other end. Breaking diamond becomes even easier if you strike it precisely along its cleavage lines; and since Star Platinum has incredibly precise attacks and eyesight, it's reasonable to assume it would need even _less_ strength to shatter those teeth if it targeted them the same way. Diamond is not like metallic alloys, which have varying degrees of tensile strength that allow it to deform and absorb energy. It would benefit you to have actually taken the correct science courses to learn the difference between "hardness" and "toughness," because you would have understood how wrong this calculation would have been. *3. The feat does not make sense in context with the scene.* The source of the feat comes from a scene where Jotaro and the team face off against the stand user Midler, and the stand High Priestess. High Priestess' ability was to phase into any alloy or mineral and then manifest itself from that surface to attack. At the time of the attack, Midler had phased into the rock face of an Egyptian seabed. The chances of such a seabed being composed of a massive amount of diamond is next to none, so it's reasonable to assume most of those teeth were only as durable as concrete; that's actually a _good_ thing for the feat, because concrete would be far more durable than diamond- but not durable enough, given the next point- *4. Calculated correctly, Star Platinum comes up short.* The reason the teeth-breaking feat fell out of favor is because it has been cited so frequently that people were forced to research it enough times that it because clear how weak it is. Araki likely fell into the same trap most people do regarding diamond- he thought that diamond being one of the hardest substances on the planet meant that it was also one of the most durable. One of the best ways to measure the feat is by studying the fragmentation of each tooth as Jotaro pulverized it. By taking the approximate size of each tooth (116.47 cm by 77.84cm for diameter and height for 829317.55 cm cubed for a single tooth) and the fact that Star Platinum had to strike each tooth at least a dozen times before each tooth was shattered, the most generous estimate of Star Platinum's power sits at around a force equivalent to 0.009 tons of TNT (small building level). ... That doesn't even come _close_ to the level of hits Kenshiro has taken. Raoh was able to punch with a force exceeding *2 gigatons of TNT,* more than enough to wipe out a small island- yet Kenshiro was able to take dozens of those punches, survive, and win. The part where Kenshiro activates his whatever powers (I didn't read the manga or watch the anime I hate his character as a whole) to see Jotaro's stand, that is invalid, yes, Kenshiro can sense if someone has a fighting spirit, but stands are not made up completely of fighting spirit, some could be made up of desperation of something missing from a persons heart, or like Holly's stand, which, yes, it was killing her but it was still a stand, but yet, not composed of fighting spirit. Also, doesn't the anime state that someone cannot see a stand without being a user themselves? This, my friends, is what I'm calling bullshit on.

Also Holly’s stand is technically a manifestation of fighting spirit, Holly simply can’t summon it herself. Since it came from Jonathan’s body’s distress signal you could argue that Hermit Purple, Star Platinum, Crazy Diamond, and Holly’s Stand are all Jonathan’s fighting spirit, they just happen to reflect the souls of each user. But it’s a very unique situation Star Platinum is considered Jotaro’s fighting spirit but only came to Jotaro due to Jonathan’s distress signal and the fact that Jonathan made the claim that even if he died he would take Dio down somehow, plus Dio was using Jonathan’s body which is why the signal launched and why Jospeh’s and Dio’s hermit purple recognize each other like a 6th sense. It’s weird
