I like your ideas for how to set up your planner and Im thinking about incorporating some of them in my 2023 planner. Thanks for sharing

I just started I.F. Intermittent Fasting last week and doing a food & med log in one of my planners, I am a type 1 diabetic and it is a challenge for me. But made it one week and see results. I walk also log that. I do a prayer journal, Happy Planner guided journal, bujo list, morning pages, and started a dream journal. Plus a nano project so a bit overwhelmed with all of them this month. It is hard to let go of them once I've started!
