Steve Perry had such an awesome voice. I'm so glad I grew up with 60s and 70s music and culture. It was so much easier compared to now. My best friend kathy and I have been together for 56 years now, That's what it was like then you made friends for life. My one daughter who is 45 now says when I go all she wants is my music collection of 45s lps 8 tracks and cassettes and cds. I also have the stereo equipment to play it all even the 8 tracks so she'll be all set for music from the Beatles to AC DC.

I'm a huge Journey/Steve Perry fan, and this song is one of my favourites by them. That being said, you really should check out the covers of this song, Open Arms, Don't Stop Believing, Separate Ways, Stone in Love, and Oh Sherrie by an awesome guy named Dan Vasc. I've been a fan of his since hearing his The Sound of Silence cover on 9/15/20, and I truly love all 200+ songs on his channel. Definitely a channel with something for everyone and definitely a very talented singer! Please🙏 check him out and do some reactions to him.
