there are variety of Fufu. some are made with yam, you boil the yam and pound. some with plantains and some, maize 🌽 flour.

It depends on the type of cassava and the weather, too. It takes about 3 to 4 days, but to help fasten the fermentation, add some charcoal. That's what my mum usually does way back.

This is just cassava dough, it's another method of making cassava dough. You then mix it with corn dough to make banku

Use any cassava, as long as you ferment it, it's good to go, ferment for about 3 days.
