Don't forget to reconnect the turn signals. Not sure that was in the video for the reinstall. Great video. I was a little nervous to do it until I watched this. Tip about the two top bolts is priceless.

Have you ever had a problem with the windshield screws not turning or wanting to go back in flush? If so how did you fix it? I am currently having this issue and my screws are just spinning and I can’t get them out or in

Why is there a gap between the vent and the inner fairing? Look at 8:07 into the video? I did not have that gap before I removed the vent
@garryeuler91734 жыл бұрын
Windsheild should tighten up that gap once its on !!!

Thanks for your excellent tutorial and helpful tips! The outer fairing also needs to be removed when installing vent screens. The ventilated fairings on 2015 and newer Road Glides are wonderful for eliminating cockpit buffeting, but also direct road debris and large insects at the riders upper torso, neck and face. Our Triple SPLITSCREENS product solves that problem. Go to MotorcycleVentScreens.com for details.

Had a piece of 2x4 thrown at our bike procession last year by antifa, and it left a chip in my fairing. Thanks for the video on how to replace it myself, it'll save me hundreds of $$.

The front part you took off how do you get it to realign back at the left and right upper top and when it doesn’t seal up all that way and there’s a gap what’s going on where do I have to look to get that gap out and get it to go up into the seam on the top left and right edges? Another words how do you get it seated so it’s up against everything even by the windshield how do you get rid of that gap if it’s pulled forward but yet all the screws and all the bolts are lined up.
